why we exist
We were founded on a simple insight: there's a gap between what borrowers need and what they actually get. Many companies with strong creditworthiness and sound business models don't fit the banks' traditional models. As a result, they often run into unnecessary obstacles — often because they don't know where to turn, or because the process is too resource-intensive to manage on their own
TicWorks was created to fill that gap. Since we started in 2014, our goal has been to be the bridge between borrowers and lenders, and our ambition is to become the natural choice for companies seeking better financing. We work with full focus on each client's unique situation, and we always put quality first

Roger Håkanson
Founder & CEO
35 years of experience in the finance industry, including a leadership role in large corporates at Danske Bank and as a management consultant at Ernst & Young Management Consulting specialising in risk management, plus two years in New York and numerous international project
Maximiliam Bergman-Olson
Partner
Previously spent four years at TicWorks, and most recently two years' experience as a credit analyst at Arctic Securities. Focused mainly on Nordic high-yield issuers, with an emphasis on the real estate sector
Per-Åke Nyberg
Partner
Extensive experience structuring and executing financing transactions for growth companies and established businesses. Previously Head of Investment Banking at Swedbank, Head of Treasury at SBAB, with prior corporate finance experience at Goldman Sachs and Daiwa in London
Gustav Linnarsson
Associate
Part of TicWorks since 2023. Holds a double bachelor's degree in economics and statistics and a master's degree in financial economics. Brings additional experience from several Swedish lenders
